"Nice, friendly hotel. Perfectly situated right near Grand Central Station so you could get anywhere from there easily. Cute Irish bar as part of the property. Our only complaints were two…. first, they totally forgot about our room service breakfast we checked outside our door at the time it was supposed to arrive, 7:45 AM, and no one had even picked up the order form off the door knob. "This property is perfectly located. We had the room with the kitchen which was huge! And so well equipped and convenient! Would benefit though from a toaster or toaster oven. "
