"It’s okay for a night or two not a first or second choice however. The cosmetic upgrade for this property is okay in comparison to the cost of the stay. The doors only have a button lock on some cottages and seems like the original handle, it was loose and the key was sticking. Though I was accommodated with a different cottage that had a padlock as well, there was a visible mold and moisture issue causing the laminate floors to bubble. "TJ was awesome! He went above and beyond to accommodate us due to the cook not being available this weekend. We got upgraded from a very nice room at the Brunswick (our original reservation in Room 9), to the beautiful suite at their sister property, Union Gables, in the Henry suite. The room was immaculate, with a full working kitchen, bar area, king size bed, a fully working soaker tub, a gas fireplace, a dining table, TV, and working ceiling fans. "Oh what a treat! This is a stately old brown stone with high ceilings and gorgeous woodwork. Our room had a bay window overlooking the park across the street. The sun streamed through beveled glass all day. French doors led to a huge bathroom with separate vanities. Staff was helpful and friendly—— helped us fix an iPhone issue so we didn’t have to go to the Apple Store. Breakfast was varied and plentiful and we had continuous access to most of the offerings throughout the day. "

"Place is nicely decorated, perhaps a bit over done but the decorations are all interesting. The hosts, Anne and Allan, are great. If we are needing a place in the area again we would not hesitate to return."

"The Rosemont Inn is a beautifully restored mansion that is both elegant and comfortable! The breakfast was wonderful in their beautiful dining room and they have so many extra touches, bathrobes, snacks, coffee bar, soft drinks available all the time. Our room was very spacious with a nice sitting area and a great bathroom. We’ll definitely stay again next time we’re in town!"
