This was our first stay at the Apollo and everything was great. Our check in was easy as was the parking. Our room was clean. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and both meals were lovely. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. We will definitely be staying here again.

Well located and nice hotel. But ask not to be in room near stairs at ends of building. Very noisy as people use stairs, often very loud. Woken 5 times between 2am and 6 am. Only got a few hours sleep, should have used our swag or slept in car.

Dated, dirty and in need of some major refurbishments. Couch was covered in stains, mini fridge filthy inside and out, NO HOT WATER at all, bedding light and split system rattled, room was cold and draft from the two balcony doors, one balcony door didn’t lock at all so we put a chair in front of it. Check out was very dismissive and not welcoming at all. Really disappointed in this stay.

We had a great stay with the free upgrade to the executive suite that was provided. The only frustrating part was the water from shower area will go all over the bathroom floor and we had to use towels to keep it dry. The view from our room was great and balcony was a great little place we spent a lot of time will definitely consider coming back.
