"The staff and service are excellent! It's not easy running a hotel, but the owners are hard working people and they try hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For all the negative comments out there, you know in advance that you're not booking a 5-star hotel. The property is old, so it appears dirty, but the bed and sheets are clean and the mattress is not bad. There are no evidence of bed bugs. "This hotel room was very rundown and dirty. The furniture was broken, sink and toilet had hairs in them. The microwave was filthy. The door didn’t completely close you could see daylight around the edges. The sheets were thread barren and the comforter had cigarette burns. We had to ask for toilet paper almost none at check in. The shower had soap scum and was simply dirty. The floors need to be vacuumed. This room left a lot to be desired."

"It was a good experience. I didn't havw any room problems except no ironing board and I would've rather had a room with a couch instead of a chair. The elevator was loud and scary at first but after 2 trips up and down on it I was used to it. The young lady Yulonda has amazing customer service skills."
