"I first stayed at Phu Quy 2 three years ago. It was nothing flash then, and has slipped further since. A great location, being one building back from the beach road, but everything else is lacking. Staff, except the lovely sisters doing housekeeping, are surley and unhelpful. It appears as though guests are an inconvenience for them. Facilities are old and run down. "Arrived late (12.30pm) after slow train from Danang. 9 steps no staff for our 3 suitcases. Reception empty. Uninterested night porter turned up gave us a key. Had to ask about breakfast. Room was one of only 2 with a balcony Overlooking the sea over a 3 lane highway. All drivers honk pointlessly every 5 secs so incredibly noisy. Our floor was filled with overloaded asian families who liked to scream and shout up and down the corridors from 6am. The breakfast was truly awful. First day there was...

"We only stayed one night but the bed was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel all the bed springs and we didn't sleep well at all. The room was a bit stuffy and the shower moldy, and the whole place was very noisy, all the doors slammed starting early morning... we ended up switching hotels. Do not recommend."

"Stayed here for 7 nights. Staff were wonderful. Accommodated our request for a room change graciously on the first arrival. Always friendly. Vi in the dining room welcomed us each day. Breakfast had a good selection. Room was very clean. Can sign out towels for the beach which was only a block away. Nha Trang is a busy tourist spot and we were grateful to be able to rest at the hotel. Great deal for this price."
