Extremely thorough instructions were provided instead and to our surprise, we had received an upgrade to the best room on the property. "Modern hotel well situated near the Alhambra and a short distance from Granada. Really convenient if you are driving. Public bus service right outside the hotel to downtown. "

"We were some of the only people there, it was off season for this location so parking and the pool were no problem but you have to drive in order to get to any of the sites or attractions. Staff was friendly and room was big with plenty of space for a large family. A/C worked well."

"Don't be fooled with the 4 stars from the front logo. The hotel is clean and the room was ok but is far from a 4 star hotel. Maybe was in the seventies. Not anymore.However room was spotless with a large clean bathroom and a comfy bed. Walking distance from town centre with a supermarket 1 minute away and a very close tram station."
