"石和温泉での宿泊で利用しました。 隣の方が大声で騒いでいた際、音漏れはありました。ですが、フロントに連絡して、対応をしていただけました。朝食を利用、ほうとうをおいしくいただきました。 I stayed here during a trip to Isawa Onsen. When the guests next door were being loud, some noise did come through. However, I contacted the front desk and they responded appropriately. I had breakfast, and the hōtō was delicious. "

The place was a little walk uphill from the bus station and getting taxis were not easy depending on when you arrive. "Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff.
