"The room was fine, it’s a 1st floor on a busy street so a bit noisy. The staff were shouting for about an hour while cleaning at 10am which was not helpful when I really needed a rest. The shower was small and a bit janky, the pillows were hard, but the mattress was nice; I could have used an extra blanket. "From the outset I was extremely impressed. Massimo met me on the street and then helped me with my luggage. This is a lovely wee sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of central Naples yet perfectly situated for excursion pick ups/drop offs and the main railway station.
