Location away from the hustle and bustle of town. Difficult to get into (must call ahead for entry code). Breakfast time us short (over by 9am) and do not go in at 9:05am unless you want to be yelled at. Cleaning staff entered room without knocking 1.15 hours before check out.

Overall a very nice small hotel. The two big draw backs are no staff on site after 6pm and a completely underdimensioned parking arrangement.

Unfortunately I would not recommend or go back. It started by us having almost to cancel because of personal reasons. Then when we arrived to the hotel we found out that the street was under construction. Construction started 7-16. The parking was tight and we could just squeeze in to a parking place. Next we try to check in and paid. Next he says that credit cards are not accepted and that we had to use another card so he “returned” the money but we had uses and it cost us a few extra dollars because of the money exchange. After that when we were on our way to our room we found out from the cleaning lady that it wasn’t done and we had to wait 20 minutes. We were tired and wanted to relax. The room we had was in the basement. It was clean but there was not air flow. When we tried to open the window somebody was smoking so all the smoke went in instead. It wasn’t a good experience.

Lovely local hotel with friendly atmosphere and great breakfast. The room was fresh, modern and comfortable. We stopped a night en-route to our destination and would definitely return again. The tips from Felicia for where to eat in the city were very appreciated.

This was my second stay at the hotel and I find it very pleasant. The breakfast is also good and all rooms are clean and very comfortable.

The room was modern and very comfortable with great shower, fast internet and even chromecast. Breakfast left us slightly disappointed because there were no eggs with bacon. The staff is very polite and nice but goes home after 19.00 and can only be contacted via mobile. I would prefer to have staff available at all times. Parking overnight costs 60 sek. Considering Stockholm prices, I found this place a little overpriced. (935kr for a double room + 60kr parking).

As good as it gets!
The owners are remarkably friendly and welcoming. It really feels like a home away from home. The breakfast offers a wide selection of fresh fruit juices and a variety of ecological choices plus home baked bread. Altogether a perfect choice!

Superb property with great facilities. It has a very large sitting room downstair, sauna and a large kitchen with single hob, microwave and basic cooking utensils and crockery. Lovely rooms, area to sit in in the garden and on the veranda and parking. Close to town and an easy tram ride from the station or a 30 minute walk.The only downside is never seeing anyone at reception, you have to ring the bell or call them if you want them.

Kleineres ,sehr gutes Hotel. Es wurde direkt ein kostenloses Upgrade des Zimmers angeboten. Renoviert, alles sehr schick, sehr sauber, sehr großes Zimmer. Stylischer Wasserhahn, viele Ablagemöglichkeiten, bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man so gut wie nichts. Frühstücksbuffet vielfältig, ausreichend, nett "geschmückt".,es wird immerwieder nachgelegt. Erinnerung per Handy, dass die Frühstückszeit um 10Uhr beendet wird und ob man schon beim Frühstück war. Nur der Parkplatz für 1 Nacht ist nicht günstig

Das Hotel ist eine alte Villa und hat den alten Charme erhalten. Das Zimmer war mit antiken Möbeln ausgestattet. Das Bett war uns viel zu weich! Der Raum war sehr großzügig, nur das Bad war etwas eng (aber völlig ok); man kennt das bei umgebauten Häusern. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Straße. Wenn man das Fenster öffnet ist es natürlich laut (bei geschlossenen Fenster hörte man so gut wie nichts). Die Zimmer nach hinten sind sicherlich ruhiger. Bad und Zimmer waren sauber. Check In ab 15 Uhr lief problemlos … die Dame war sehr nett zu uns. Parken kostet extra, es gibt aber wenige Stellplätze. Wo man in der Umgebung parken könnte, habe ich nicht gesehen. Das Frühstück war für so ein kleines Haus sehr gut, besser als erwartet oder als man es von großen Häusern kennt. Alles sah frisch und handgefertigt aus. Man saß in großen hellen Kaminzimmer … mit begrenzten Platz … aber das bei uns kein Problem. Das Hotel liegt recht nah am Zentrum von Norrköping. In etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß war man mitten im Zentrum … mit dem Fahrrad waren es nur wenige Minuten. Für Norrköping war es für uns eine gute Wahl.
