"it was meticously clean. the staff were so wonderful. just a few issues the "fully equipped kitchen" not so much 1 dented small pot and 2 scratched up frying pans could do breakfast for sure and a sandwich for lunch. planned on doing some dinners not really possible. no oven no bbq and 2 propane burners for cooking. the coffee maker is a kettle and instant coffee. the extensive choice of dvd's doesnt exsist. ordered room service once did not do it again.not very good maybe off night for the...

"Staff was kind, owner was very helpful and accomodating (we arrived several hours early without giving prior warning). The best part of Arca is the tranquility considering how close you are to the hustle of Legian! It felt like an oasis!"

"This property is great value. It is a distance to The beach and main town but Grabs are easily available for cheap and because hotel is not in town, it is quiet at night. You get a good sleep. Pool was nice, staff was wonderful. Only two suggestions, more fresh food options. I found the breakfast a bit heavy, and please add a few more sun beds. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends. "
