"Everyone was really lovely, the location was perfect; it was close to the train station and close to Piccadilly Gardens. Really kind and lovely receptionists . Nothing to say there and The property itself is quite trendy and there's renovations going on, which wasn't too disruptive. Unfortunately, the amount of bathrooms in the the property are inadequate as there were only 2 available, one of the bathrooms had a detached toilet. The cleanliness of these bathrooms was lacking or simply too many...

"We really enjoyed our first stay here, unfortunately it was noisy due to the building work and it would have been nice to know about before. I knew the parking was going to be difficult but I think a warning if you have a tall vehicle as mine isn’t that tall but I did find it unsettling due to the beams which I had to navigate around and through to park. We did have an issue with a TV but the staff were fantastic and resolved it quickly. "

"Fantastic customer service. We had an issue with the lighting which was to no fault of the hotel. They couldnt have been more helpful and offered a free meal and drinks to compensate.
