It was a really nice, comfortable stay. Excellent bed, easy to get to, easy to park, nice grounds right on the marina. A little warn and dated but so much easier than staying in SF.

The property waa located in a beautiful marina with nearby views of golden gate bridge. Car parking was extortionate per night but little alternative. If you havent hired a car be prepared to uber a lot as public transport is not walkable. Hotel a little tired but decent. Biggest gripe? Room was booked for 3 but set up for 2 and refreshed everytime for 2 ie 2 paper cups 2 glasses 2 coffee pods 2 towels (even when we mentioned it). Oh and no kettle just a weird cup water heater thing that proved tricky to use.

Lovely property by the marina. Nice areas to walk and enjoy the outdoors. Clean rooms with nice linens and comfy beds. Coffee was expensive at the gift shop. Staff was very kind and had great nearby recommendations. Great welcome cookies as always!

This property has 4 buildings spread out along the Marina. I was in bldg 4, it was a long walk to get to the lobby especially with my knee replacement. They offer a laundry service but only 2 machines. I went there twice to wash some clothes and both times busy. A place so big should offer more machines in other bldgs. Otherwise, great staff and very clean.

Old. Smelly. Gross. Every surface had stains. My view was looking onto an abandoned area of overgrowth that they called a, "garden view." The front end lobby areas look recently renovated, the rooms, however, have not. I paid upfront, for two nights, but I couldn't stay more than a few hours.

The hotel is located at the marina and offers beautiful views of the water, San Fran skyline and Golden Gate Bridge. The room and beds are comfortable. But the staff, including the General Manager, are cold, impersonal and uncaring. My husband had a heart attack at the hotel on the morning we were to check out. He was in the hospital for 4 days and then we had to wait another 3 days until he could travel. Everyone knew this as I had to continually extend our stay day by day, as we didn’t know when we could leave. I did not receive a single word of concern or support from the front desk staff or the GM himself. Nobody even asked me how he was doing! When my husband was released from the hospital and returned to the hotel and interacted with staff, no one said a word!! Only one sweet housekeeper, who saw me crying in the hall, gave me words of comfort and even wrote me a note! The lack of concern and basic humanity from the rest of the staff was simply unbelievable. I have traveled extensively during my 40 year career and have never encountered a less caring “team”. The GM sets the tone of any hotel and when I met him and explained my situation, he looked bored and disinterested. His poor attitude has trickled down and now permeates the entire hotel.

Only one check in clerk. 5 people in front of me & the customer at the counter was …difficult…and so taking forever with ridiculous requests/questions. Finally someone came to help and opened up another station to check people in. By the time I got checked in things began to move.
