I tried checking in but there was no coverage for the lady that was on lunch. I had a time sensitive event and could not wait but bc it was an unsafe area with exposed parking I couldn’t just leave my stuff in the car.

If it hadn't been for Expedia's great customer service and getting the problem straighting out we tried to Check-in and the hotel all of a sudden did not have a reservation for us when I called expedia they said oh yes we do and and they got it straightened out very quickly thank you again

Receptionist was very nice. The first room reeked of cigarette smoke (all are non smoking rooms) and the next didnt smell much better. The smell of weed coming from next door was overwhelming, especially as I am really allergic to all kinds of smoke. It was my third and last stay here.
