"My family and I visit Aloft this past weekend for a cheerleading competition. Customer service is hard to come by these days, Zoe the manager was very helpful and showed great empathy at my check. I couldn’t be more grateful for her. She was also doing an amazing job training the young lady at the front desk, I’m struggling to remember her name, but I strongly believe it started with a A or E. She’s off to a great start with doing amazing things at this company as well. We have competitions here...

"The staff was friendly and helpful. They ran out of breakfast items the first morning but I think that was because of the amount of cheerleaders that were there for a competition. The second morning seemed to flow better and they were replacing empty dishes faster, which we appreciated. "

"I did not like being charged $10 a night to park on top of what i paid for the room. Then trying to find a parking spot was a problem. I parked on the street. I asked for and received a refund for that charge."
