"Excellent stay with a twin room overlooking the golf course. Great location for Mumbles. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. It would be good if the room had full blackout blinds or curtains as the room got the sun very early in the morning and lit the room up even with the blinds closed. Would have liked a slightly bigger towel but that’s being very picky. The best thing about the stay was the breakfast - it was really nice with lots of choice. I would definitely stay here again. "

"You were so kind and understanding when i asked for early check in on Tuesday. What you didnt know, was my back had my health were in trouble, i needed to lay down and rest before a concert. "We had a very enjoyable stay after a good family party at the pub. The attic room was very comfortable, though rather too warm. We had to open the windows, but the heavy rain that night meant we couldn't leave them open too much. Also, that heavy rain on the Velux windows did disturb us quite a bit. Nothing that the Inn could do about it, just lead to disturbed sleep."

"Lee House is exceptional. The best b and b we have stayed in. The selection of food available for breakfast could not have been better in a 5 star hotel. They catered for my dietary needs and the presentation of the food was excellent. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated as was the rest of the house.
