"Beautiful hotel!"

"The pool area looks like a horror movie set. There are several lights out, and the humidity was making the lights rain. There was visible mold on the walls, and the water was cloudy. Since we had our child, we did swim for a bit. The chlorine was very high. It could be smelled down the hallway. The ceiling has an electrical looking wire that was half taped and sloppily painted. The water was warm. The beds were fine. The couch bed had a dirty mattress pad. I had to go to the front desk with the dirty pad and exchange it for a clean one, and ask for linens for the couch bed. Normally the linens for the couch are in a closet. Here you have to ask for linens and any kitchen utensils. "

"Absolutely fantastic hotel. Great location, walking distance to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and science Museum. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Everyone was so very polite. Love the Continental breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay here again."
