青天の霹靂
家族３人で利用 予約の事前確認もあり チェックインなど落ち着いて 丁寧な対応 又、ラウンジ、プールバーなども快適 飲めるお酒の種類も多く 最近流行りのクラフトジンも数多くありました 泊まるためのホテルというか 過ごすためのホテルという感じ ただ残念だったのが、 朝食 会場のミニのビュッフェ会場みたいなところには、サラダなどほとんどの食材がなく それをスタッフが確認も出来ていなかったり こちらは３人での利用だったのですが 席と席の間があいているのに、 二人と一人で離れて座るようにご案内される、 朝食のお粥セットを頼んだのですが、 おかゆのお供は来たのに、 お粥の方が一向に来ない、、、 人手不足なのか？研修不足なのか？ ここだけ本当に残念でした あと、これはしょうがないのですが 自然に囲まれている為 居室バルコニースペースに 大きめのクモが何匹か 施設の人に駆除を頼んだのですが、 どこか奥に逃してしまい失敗 次出たらまた呼んでくださいと言われましたが 殺虫剤など貸してくれたら良かったのにな と、思いました

ホテル内で1日過ごせてしまうほど、大人が嬉しいサービスの充実とゆったりした空間が最高でした。沖縄の代表的な高級ホテルにも負けないリゾートステイがこの価格で楽しめるのは素晴らしいと思います。正直他の人に教えたくない程でした。

最初に来た時の入り口の見つけにくさ以外は非の打ち所がないホテルでした。施設内及び部屋のデザインと雰囲気、お風呂の快適さはこれまで泊まったホテルで最高、室内の大画面テレビは各種動画配信に対応、なんとb&oの高品質ブルツーススピーカー、インルームダイニングの質と量と価格、どこにいるスタッフも親切対応、すぐそばにローソンと居酒屋、最高にうまいパン屋さん、無料でここまでやるかというラウンジサービス等々。文字通りお値段以上の滞在価値。今回2泊だったが次回もっとロングステイしたい。

スタッフの皆様の対応が素晴らしかったです。 夕食も量が少なかったって口コミもあったのですが僕たちには多かったくらいでした！ 朝食も14:00まで可能だったのでチェックアウト後にゆっくり食べる事が出来ました！ 大満足です！ インフィニティプールは早い時間は子供達で埋まってたのでゆっくりは入らず、(今は家族連れも宿泊可能になったのを見落としてしまってた) プールサイドでフリードリンク(アルコール)飲んでました！ 18時以降の時間は大人のみでナイトプールになるので良かったです、 明るい時間で色々写真撮りたかったなーってのが少し心残り。 部屋は本当にセンス良くて最高でした！！ Bluetoothスピーカーがもう少しコードが長いか充電式か延長コードとか置いてあればベランダでも使用できて、より良かったかなと！ でも総合的には大満足です！！！

部屋もバルコニーも広く、とても居心地が良かったです。 18:00にチェックインをしたのにもかかわらず、ラウンジを使用させてくださり、ありがたかったです。 沖縄料理のコースも美味しく、レストランの雰囲気もよかったです。

お墓に囲まれた極上リゾート
滞在型リゾート。友人の勧めでコーナースイートに2泊。部屋の快適さは申し分なし。食事もAll-In　ラウンジも悪くない。 近くのレストランやCafeも次回は試してみたい。 海辺のリゾートではないけれど、これはこれで価値があると思った。 スタッフも親切で素晴らしい。 お墓に囲まれたホテル、というのがお墓を身近な存在としてリスペクトする沖縄文化らしいなと。好き嫌いはあるだろうが。僕は全く気にならなかった。

滞在型スモールラグジュアリーホテル
部屋が広く清潔で、インテリアや内装のセンスも良く、エキストラベッドの寝心地も十分快適。 のんびり滞在型の旅行に最高です。 プールから海は見えるものの、ビーチフロントのホテルからの眺めや解放感には遠く及びません。 部屋でくつろいで、ラウンジでお酒をゆっくり楽しんで、ちょこっとプールやジャグジーに入って、レストランで美味しい食事とお酒を楽しんで、部屋で珈琲（豆から挽けます）入れてゲームしたり本を読んで過ごす。 いつも大体そんな風にホテルから一歩も出ずに過ごす我が家の旅行スタイルにはピッタリでした。 ただプレミアムセントラルスイートを連泊で予約していたのに、手違いでプレミアムコーナースイートの予約になっていて、一泊はコーナースイート、一泊はセントラルスイートになりました。 ホテルとしては致命的なミスではあると思いますが、その後の誠意あるご対応は評価したいと思います。
