"The property is beautiful. 3 amazing restaurants to dine at. The roof top restaurant offers an amazing view. The staff of the entire hotel and restaurants were amazing. My room was large with big tall windows. I loved everything about the hotel. Even the gym was really nice. The shower in the room was very large with a great rain shower head. No complaints at all. "

"Everything was wonderful. My only issue is that the lobby bar closed at 10:45 . We came in on a Saturday night at 10:54 and wanted a glass of wine. This was not possible. We felt they could have got us the glass and left a handwritten charge to our room . This would indicate a customer focus vs a facility rules focus. "

"Great location for all the tourist places in Old Montreal, you can walk to everything. There are many restaurants around to choose from as well. The free breakfast was very good with many choices, even for me, that is gluten free. Having a restaurant and bar inside the hotel is also quite nice and convenient, however there are no gluten free options so we only had drinks there. They do have a nicely stocked convenience store inside as well for any items you may have forgotten, or snacks...
