Individual staff were very helpful and switched on while the rest seemed clueless, especially in the dining room for breakfast which was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Zero systems in place and nobody in charge. The hotel should not rely on its cool vibe only but should have staff who can provide the services expected. Again a few did but only about two.
