"The apartment had not been cleaned. There was no bedding. We reported this to the number we had and the room got cleaned but there was still no bedding. We went out for dinner and when we returned the bedding was in a bag outside the door so we had to make our own beds at 1 am. Not acceptable. It was also very noisy. Contacted the hotel to see if they would provide a refund but no response. "

"No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...

"Le ménage n était pas fait à notre arrivée, l appartement sentait extrêmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux à cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse. Il nous a été impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hôtelier nous a assuré que le ménage avait été fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. "
