"First and foremost, you had to pay $15/night for parking. I feel like this should have been better stated on the listing. The building appeared to be remodeled recently, but was a little rough in spots. The laminate flooring in the room was very loose and buckling where it met the carpet. A microwave in the room would have been nice. There were no outlets at the nightstand between the beds. I also don’t think we received a single pleasantry from the staff, let alone a slightest...

"Love being downtown Omaha. The city is beautiful. The Hilton was a great choice for our Family and small child. Liz went above and beyond accommodating us and with our last minute needs. "

"Being that this property is under construction and changing hands, the stay was understandably fine and the staff was more helpful than most we’ve had. It wasn’t perfect but that’s how we like it. The customer service matters more to us and they was great. "

"Overall I had a great time. One problem I found was the hot and cold water connections to the lavatory at least in 513 are reversed from what they should be. The standard is hot water on the left and cold water on the right. But not in 513. it's the other way. Cold on the left and hot on the right. Makes things confusing. Someone could get burnt if they did not realize this in time."

"We were traveling, so the hotel was just a place to sleep and have breakfast before getting back on the road. The room was nice, the bed comfortable and the breakfast good. "
