"The studio apartment is in a lovely complex - beautiful in the fall with the changing leaves and a nice residential type area to walk around in. It’s close to some nice family activities - tree top trekking, horseback riding and I understand there are skiing options nearby in winter. "1. Property was not ready or available at time of checkin due to previous tenants breaking a door. Was offered another property inconveniently further away, and was a downgrade and huge inconvenience. 2. we immediately noticed that the door had been replaced. However, the unit still was under construction with exposed drywall and grout. Also in bedroom. The lock in main door did not work and there was no exterior lighting. 3. "Property was great. Advertisement says 10-15 min to the village its more like 25 mins but that didn't bother us it was a beautiful day to walk to the village. The chalet had everything we needed, it was a great space. The outside of the chalet could use a little paint job and fixing up but the inside was beautiful. Just what we needed for a relaxing stay. "

"We were appreciative of the low rate for the 2-bedroom condo. The building suffered significant water damage in the recent past. The laminate in the kitchen area was significant.the balcony was unusable as pigeons were roosting on the outdoor patio"

"The building is under renovations so there were no carpets in the hallways. The elevators felt like going on a rollercoaster. First unit had a v noisy bed and place was v worn down, moved us to another room but it was v worn down, dirty and smelly. Finally after a week moved us to another unit which was much better but over all experience was pretty awful. That said I’m thankful for them offering room change. "

We had booked it just because the unit was in same building. Then on the check-in day when we called to enquire which unit we need to check-in they told us that unit is not available and hence we need to go to another building all together.
