The property was decent, however upon check and we were shuffled to another area to get our parking pass, and we're talked into taking a tour the next day we were promised.It was sixty minutes, ended up being over two hours long. After the tour, we declined to purchase a timeshare. After that, the salesperson and her boss, we're extremely disrespectful and rude because we would not purchase a timeshare. I have never been talked to or treated like that. By anyone, especially in front of my children

The property was nice, well kept. The rooms are a little dated. Check in process was a bit too long especially after a long flight. Room was clean. No complaints. Staff was nice just slow.

I loved the water park for the kids. Rooms were spacious and clean. Its conveniently in front of Idrive. Bowling alley and pizza shop inside. I didnt like transportation between lobby and room would be nice, we had to walk from room to lobby. There was like a bus stop inside, but i didnt see any passing by and no one told me there was one so we decided to walk.

Timeshare Property. Sat through a 2- hour presentation/tour. "Free gifts" promised in exchange for going are not worth the time taken away from your vacation. The $100 gift card was actually only $50. The free breakfast was terrible. The sales lady gave me an attitude when I told her no I wasnt interested in buying a timeshare. She said "Well, you know you can never come back now that you said no" Excuse me?? I brought it up to the girl that closed out our ticket and she said of course you can come back- terrible communication/way to start off a vacation. Besides, that the property was nice, we enjoyed mini golf and riding bikes. The water park cost $18 to get in and is not included in rental. Rooms were nice but sheets had stains on them. Overall, we would not return.

This place was everything but all inclusive, it has the amenities, the fun, the dinning, transportation around the property, shops, and many many more. My second time staying here and it’s still better than most of the all inclusive resorts I’ve stayed at. The rooms were spacious and the employees were very friendly and welcoming!
