"The hotel is located in a very good spot to see the balloons and to walk to little stores around. The hotel is so beautiful with Very nice staff. I have to say that we really appreciate what they did for ua when we called them to find someone to pick us up from the airport because our driver canceled the booking we had for pick up. I called the hotel and they contacted a shuttle to pick ups a the last minute which it really worked out really good for us. Thank you for your assistance "
