"All was great .. our room had an issue with the window not opening (there is no air conditioning ) so I requested to be moved, however they gave us a tough time because the hotel was fully booked. However after all the complaining and contacting management we were finally moved . I will stay here again. Near Tran station and shops. "

"Great check in and plenty of amenities that make it one of the favored hostel. Nearby a lot of great attractions. Also a great bonus is the fact that the breakfast is free and offers great food from eggs to hash browns. Rooms for me did not impress as I was having problem withthe keycard and I told staff about it. I also felt that the room was also not as impressive as I have seen online. I could have a better experience but I feel that there needs to be some improvement down the line"

"Overall property is good. We like our rooms cleaned everyday but this property only cleans every 4 days. That makes it feels like home where I have to clean and do the beds myself 😥. There are construction close to the property which I was not aware before bounty. Staff is friendly and helpful."
