I was having trouble getting a bus ticket when I was leaving, and they helped get me ticket, showed me where to go, and even called the bus station so I had photos of what the bus looked like and exactly what the stop looked like. "The room was very clean and comfortable, water & coffee/tea available at no charge. Easily accessible by foot to both Pompei train stations, restaurants, and a quick walk to one of the entrances to the Archaeological Park & the Cathedral. Teresa offered lots of restaurant suggestions, Pompei Mercato dinner was amazing and the gelato and pastries at De Vivo were some of the best our whole trip. "
