"Hostel was in a good location, walkable to all the sights in Strasbourg. Staff at reception could have been more welcoming and when we check in, only one person was working and seemed overwhelmed which impacted our first impressions. I was doubting my booking as the first evening they had a DJ blasting music in the restaurant and realised it probably wasn't suitable for a family stay with two young children. Room was large with no kettle or hairdryer. The stay included towels but no daily...
