"All staff were friendly and service was great, they treat us with so much care and respect. The whole experience felt as if we were celebrating an especial occasion. The hotel features and decorations were beautiful and very original. I wish I could have stayed another night in the amazing looking spa the hotel has but hopefully in another opportunity."

"If you like room keys that look like credit cards, this is not the place for you. But if you like sleeping in a four-poster bed straight out of Arabian Nights, you’d love Gramtahouse as much as I did. Kitchen wasn't too clean, but the bedroom and bathroom were spotless. Abdul was more like a kindly grandfather watching over the guests instead of a property manager. "

"This Riad is in the middle of the medina. It's a walk of 7-10 minutes from the taxi stand to the Riad. The personal is excellent, real customer driven. They are delighted to help you with everything. There are 14 rooms. Our room had only windows overlooking the covered courtyard. It took some time getting used to it. Within 100 metres there are some wonderful restaurants. The medina is very busy, clean and well lit. The Riad organizes cooking workshops. Perfect. "

"Wonderful Riad in the heart of the medina. We really didn't know what to expect in Marrakesh and luckily I found this place in the medina. Marrakesh is wild and crazy and beautiful! The service at the Riad was top-notch! You really want the airport transfers - so schedule that in advance. We also had dinner at the hotel our first night just to avoid not knowing where to eat at a late hour. The lamb tangine they served was delicious. "It is the best property we ever stayed at in terms of hospitality. Ilyas proposed to walk with us to the places we wanted to go dine, especially at night and us being 2 girls. Ilyas and Ahmed and the house lady made sure that everything was perfect and they went above and beyond every single day. Highly highly recommend. We cannot thank them enough for caring so much and being so attentive. Breakfast was also amazing."

Zeer mooi, net, op 5 min wandelen van het centrale plein, eenvoudig maar lekker ontbijt, mooie verwelkoming bij aankomst, de eigenaar helpt je steeds bij vragen... "Quiet and serene location. Excellent staff and service. We reached quite late and the staff were kind enough to prepare us some food and nice tea knowing that we have travelled quite far and were starving. Spa, pool, rooms and the dining area were amazing. "
