Having all properties check-in at the same time, at the same spot was disheartening. It took 2 hours to check in. We missed our Christmas dinner with family. We even asked for an early check-in. In the Village property there was no one working at the desk for most of the trip, nor was there a trolley available for loading or unloading. We asked to get one delivered, but none came. So glad my kids are teenagers and not toddlers.

We got two bedroom which had a door to an adjoining room. Issue was that the other room had really bad smell for three days in a row. It seemed they weren’t ventilating. We’ve asked the property to ask the room next to ours to ventilate but nothing worked. We had to tape down the crevasses and have fan going on with air refreshner. Additionally, that room was making a lot of noise u too 3 am. Overall very noisy even until the last night

The room at season’s had a very very weird rotten fish like smell. After the request to change the room, the thermostat/heating was not working in the next room at Georgian’s (in peak winter season). Overall, not a good experience at all.

Our stay at Blue mountain suits was amazing. We really liked the room and the village. We stayed in one bedroom suit and it was just right for two people with a kid. The dining area was spacious and had a nice table. Bedroom has king size bed and a lot of space around. The only concern was cleanliness of the room. The toilet bowl wasn't perfect as well as flooring in the kitchen area. Our room number was 245.
