I made a call to the owner and he said he did not put his property on hotels.com and the rooms are all taken by one family. "Very new and modern rooms with a confortable bed. Kitchen utensils cost 1000yen/ day extra and were cheap plastic and barely usable. They were like toys. Other than that this room met all our needs."

"The property was overall very clean and tidy. I appreciate that they had a proper kitchen and the ocean view was great. The only negative point was, that the room was smelling moldy at first because the lace curtains had mold on them. The problem was solved by removing them and giving them to the reception. I will still give 5 stars because it was overall a very good place to stay for the price"
