"We had a really nice stay. The only thing that would have made it better would be some cleaning tools. I'm pretty clean, but there wasn't a broom or vacuum. There also wasn't a net for the pool, which was kind of annoying with a toddler who loved throwing his toys in the pool. No backup of toilet paper either."

"The house was beautiful. Unfortunately it was located in an area of many dogs that barked from 5am to 9pm. We had issues with the property charging us extra to heat the pool. They never did heat it over the standard heat and charged us for it regardless. I tried to get a refund but nothing. We also experienced a clogged shower and a broken ice maker.
