Check in time ends at midnight, because of work issues I was not going to be able to check in on time. I called the hotel and they told me not to worry, that they would have everything ready for me. Upon my arrival there was one person on the front desk ready to process my reservation. Excellent service.

La Quinta is the ultimate relax, recharge, and reset destination. Alieha in the Spa got my back straight, muscles loose, and golf ready. We came for our one year anniversary and baby moon and couldn’t have asked for anything better. All the staff everywhere were so helpful, patient, and nice. Great for parents, children, and anyone looking for a perfect getaway or stay. Love you La Quinta and will be back soon. Next time with our daughter :)

Very nice resort! Pros: friendly staff, quick response time when needing towels or food delivery. Cons: dirty carpet, broken fridge, AC wound not get cooler than 80° when it was set at 75°. The restaurants food came out very quick almost like they prepare the meals to be ready before even having an order. Food did not taste freshly cooked and put together. Overall 7/10.

They are remodeling rooms, its a very large property but they chose to have my room in the same quad where they are construction. Greeted every morning with the sound of nail guns and saws as i walked my dog. Totally destroyed the ambiance of a resort, complained to front desk and no apology, nothing. If i knew this is what i was in store for would of saved my money and stayed someplace else

I called 3 times cause ac wasn’t working never worked room Was hot I called and nothing was done. There was a barking dog next to us. I called and not sure if they went cause dog never stopped. When I checked in I asked about the chargers for Tesla and I was charged to charge my car when I was told resort fee covers that. Bar tender at adobe was rude when asking to modify a drink. I paid a lot of money for the room and I don’t think it was worth it I did t get the service that they say they give

I’m so sad to report the unpleasant experience I had this trip. I’ve been coming to this resort for the past 10 years at least twice a year. My daughters and I look forward to a spring and summer retreat at this lush and beautiful property. When we arrived we had no clue that we would be in the middle of a cheer camp with 30 very loud girls right outside of our door at all times. When I contacted the front desk the only reasonable option was an out of pocket upgrade- which I did not feel was fair at all but had no choice. By the time the bellman brought the new keys and we got settled I was mentally and physically exhausted. I was left feeling frustrated at loosing time and money. The 21 and over pool was also closed and the smaller pools by our upgraded suite were left dirty for days with food and trash. The restaurants on property did not offer much variety, with just average food. The price point was above average and not worth it at all not even for convenience. The staff was friendly but I feel that management could have been more efficient from the start. I hate that our family tradition will be discontinued after this visit. I won’t be back and really wish I had the energy to find another resort this stay.
