This is my second time coming with my family. I loved the new pool, Conchilla, they play music and its slot more peaceful than the lazy river. There is a lot big, inside and out the rooms. I mean it is the high desert but aside from that, it’s very family friendly. Parking gets very hectic.

We had a suite which was beautiful! Faced out on the golf course. Perfect for little to run around. The refrigerator Wasn’t working when we got there, they didn’t come replace it until 10pm. The second night our AC didn’t work all the time. Again no service till 10pm. There was a party outside our room (maybe a wedding, we were in building one) and the music was so loud and the bass went right through the walls so there was no sleeping until after 10pm. No big just something to keep in mind. They allow day passes for people not staying there, so Friday and Saturday at the kids pool area was so packed. Highly recommend coming Sunday - Thursday as Sunday was less people and a lot more enjoyable.

Nice place to stay with young kids. Staff was friendly and greeted us with offering the kids ice cream or a popsicle. The lazy river pool was full of debrief from the palm trees and with those had been trimmed so it wouldn’t have been all in the water.

The stay was great. The only thing that I would say was a negative was that there are no elevators for the rooms so we had to lug our stuff up the stairs to get it to our room. And that there isn't an ice machine at every building. In that heat ice is a must. The service was great, the employees were great and most main facilities were up kept great.

We had a blast at this resort! Michelle (poolside waitress) was so gracious and helpful. She went above and beyond to accommodate my kids. We enjoyed Splashtopia! We never left the resort with all the activities that they had for kids and families. The only feedback I would give is the cleanliness around the pool. People’s leftovers l/trash would be left there for hours on end (sometimes all day).

They charge for a resort fee but towels are very dirty, they cut the grass no cleaning afterwards, our bathroom sink was clacked and etc.

Plenty of pools, lazy river, a coupe water slides, splash pad, arcade, complimentary kids ice cream, poolside lounge chairs, and poolside servers. Resort is closely located to restaurants, Dave and Busters, Desert Zoo, Sherman’s Deli, Brandini’s Toffee, Children’s Museum and many options for dining and entertainment. I Love the heat and if you can tolerate it you will enjoy this destination.

Walls are not sound proof. We heard our neighbors fight all night after 10pm but overall they didn’t ruin our experience. The stay overall was amazing:

The pool staff were so rude!!! The food was good but there was no microwave in room and there was A LOT of hair in the carpet if our room. Like a lot. We had to walk around with shoes on

The parking was terrible. We came back to the hotel at 9pm and could not find parking anywhere close to our room. Also, the bathroom had hair all over the shower curtain from the previous guests and the toilet barely flushed. We won’t be returning
