The resort is soo big with hundreds of units. They closed up all the pools. Only 1 open. Guests are cramped in one pool. So inconvenient. I called a week before to request rooms next to each other since my parents are elderly and I want to be close to them. But when we get there the rude receptionist Angela is not accommodating. So insensitive. And I remembered, she’s the one I talked to prior. Didn’t even mention that pools are closed then. Not again, this is the worst place ever. I always book with Expedia and this is the only time that I wrote a complain.

Lazy river was closed for maintenance..September is the hottest month both pools were over crowded ..you need to have after hours for adults only or an adult pool only ..you can never swim ..

This resort is nice, clean, and a good wholesome feeling. My child had the time of his life in the laser river and pool. If you need a place that has a full kitchen, this is the place to be!

I love the pools and the atmosphere. However, my bathroom toilet was not cleaned. Even after I cleaned it, my son who has autism refused to use it. I did call front desk and they came to clean it. However, because maybe it was an older room, it still looked dirty. I love the property and the pools, grills, and rooms. Parking got crazy probably because of the holidays and they need to open up the parking spaces for check in open for those that can’t find parking especially at night.
