"The staff were excellent, they are all really nice. Especially Paulo, he was very kind and helpful, he even helped us book a taxi to the airport when we couldn’t find one. Room looked just like in the photos. They serve breakfast and every morning right on the time you request. On our last day we had to leave before 8:00am, and they were kind enough to give us coffee machine and some snacks the day before. Overall, very nice place and its walkable distance from Vatican City! "

"Our accommodation was spectacularly clean and the staff members are very accommodating to us. Jana and the lady who served breakfast on Wednesday 25th September were super friendly. Lady on reception was also polite. Closest station is a 12-15 minute walk to Roma Monte Mario which is only 20 minutes of a train ride from Vatican City. Bus stops are near too. A supermarket and McDonalds are within a 5 minute walking distance and lots of independent cafes in the area too. "

"Definitely misleading pictures and hotel name was different. Received a message to check in at a Completely Different address. Difficult to access reception. The young man at the receotion kindky walked us over a half kilometer to where we were to stay. NOT what we paid for or reserved. A bouncing bed. No glass to drink from. Missing hooks on the wall. A dungeon of a room. Poor patchy walls and filthy looking. The location was good but it was not what we reserved."

"The only good thing about this place honestly is the location, but the rest was awful for us. We arrived and had to wait over an hour for someone to come and check us in, and tried calling and contacting them several time with no answer (the phone numbers we found were out of service). When the host finally arrived, he started shouting at us (asking why we didn’t call, but we did call around 10 times) and talking to us in a disrespectful way as if he did not just make us wait for over an hour...

"The staff at the hotel were very helpful and the room was clean. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety. My one issue was that the shower often didn’t keep a constant temperature, which made showering a little annoying. Otherwise, it was very good and I would stay there again."

"The Marriott was nicely located outside Rome city, close enough for a 20-40 drive into the city depending on where you were going. Property is clean, well maintained, safely perched on a hill. Dining area offered variety of meals and food. Staff was friendly and professional, very helpful with Rime trips, transportation, etc. They do offer a shuttle into and from Rome City Center. Dining wait staff very sweet, we felt very catered to and enjoyed our morning breakfasts with Antonio as our waiter/host. Only downfall, for some, not walkable area, but we highly recommend. "
