"Staff was great. We really enjoyed our stay. Being in the pi you must understand a few things. There’s near or around might not be what you expect. It doesn’t bother us as we are regulars traveling to the pi. Area at entrance to the hotel is under heavy construction and nearly closed off. If you want seclusion, this is the hotel for you. Breakfast was awesome and beach was clean. The staff took a lot of pride in maintaining and showcasing the natural tropical beauty. The pool was amazing. Did I mention the staff? lol. I really can’t say enough about them. They made our stay amazing!!"

"The Feliz was a wonderful experience! The staff and facilities were top notch. The rooms were beautiful, clean, well-stocked, had comfortable beds, and were quiet! Our family of five adults stayed in two rooms, and we were all very pleased. The location is super convenient as well. The ONLY negative is their onsite restaurant, which we don't recommend at all, due to the subpar food and uneven service. However, there are numerous restaurants within a short distance of the hotel, so I would still HIGHLY recommend staying here and just eating elsewhere. "
