"The location of Citadine Les Halles was fantastic. Both RER and metro links at Chatelet which is within 20m walking distance to the accommodation and there are lots of dining options around. The apartment itself was functional and had everything you need for a short stay. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The only downside was that the rooms were not cleaned nor fresh towels or replenished sundry items during our 3 night stay. "

"We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the room size especially when traveling with a child. The hotel is not a 5 star hotel but the location is great. It’s close to the louvre and walking distance to the gardens and shopping. There is construction happening directly in front of the hotel. Our washer was broken in our room, but the hotel staff took our wet clothes and washed and dried it downstairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

We had a one bedroom unit and there was enough space for us to relax. The small kitchen was ideal for a quick breakfast. Having the free coffee and hot chocolate at the reception was very welcome. "Love the neighborhood that’s mostly the reason why this hotel has its five star ratings because the neighborhood is super convenient near the metro and grocery store. Has a kitchen inside so if you’re staying for a longer amount of time, you can cook your own food or entertain with a small group of friends."
