"I had stayed here before several times and it was looking shabby about 4 years ago. But since the refit it looks good. Staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms clean, warm and bright. Sometimes in hotels the rooms are a bit dim to make it cosy or I think to save on electricity but not here. The room compliments were free not always the case at other hotels. I have stayed in hotels were it’s £200 per night and they charge £5.00 for a bottle of water. Well done Holiday Inn Filton a great stay… thank you."

"Lovely Hotel, stayed in a village room was lovely spacious and comfortable. staff were helpful, should have booked a spa treatment in advance, but the pool & steam room were lovely. Jacuzzi and sauna were busy. Breakfast was lovely. "

"I stayed here for 2 nights with my partner. The first room we had , had no heating other than a portable radiator as the heating unit didnt work, we also had very noisy neibours( not the propweries fault) they moved us as soon as we requested. . There was no beer on tap in the bar , however there is a pub that shares the car park. "
