"The hotel staff from every department starting from management , front desk , restaurant and bell staff are friendly and provide excellent service . The food choices oh the buffet are tasty . They even has a special gift for us in the suite .They were even very accommodating to us in giving late check out as we have a very late flight in the evening. I would definitely recommend this hotel for family and couples. Kudos to Cape House team !!"

"Service excellence was shown throughout our stay. When passing any staff member, we were always greeted. Always asked by staff if assistance was needed. Location accessible to both train routes, the R walk (covered path above the street) connected the hotel to many of the major malls near the hotel. Highly recommend a stay at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok!!!"
