Had to change room because toilet did not work. The room we were moved to the air conditioning unit did not work properly. We went and got a fan. An upgrade to a third room was getting to be a pain in the ass. I don't understand for the price we paid, why rooms are not inspected rather than being moved around.

We enjoyed our stay here! Close enough to Misquamicut beach and Mystic which were our main areas of visiting. Breakfast was decent and well maintained. Wish there were more fresh options. (Eggs, sausage, etc.) My only real complaint was the pool. It was FREEZING. For an indoor pool, it should be heated. Seems like a waste getting no use. It also closes at 9pm, which was early for us as we were out until that time. We didn't use it unfortunately.

This was a pleasant surprise! Beautiful room, friendly staff, clean facilities, nice breakfast spread. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The pool was a bit too cool for our kids to swim in but we hit the nearby beach instead!

The hotel is reasonably priced. It is located in a great area between Mystic and the Rhode Island beaches. The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was well stocked. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

Very nice location, staff was very friendly, I had my large dog with me, and there was no issues with bringing him, and the staff was great to deal with.
