Expedia tried to call, again no answer. Sent chat messages via Expedia app to hotel, no response. Landed in Sofia, again called hotel, no answer. Went to Penthouse Suites at 2 pm check in time, no one there. Stood with our luggage in the street. We had to book and pay for new accommodations. We finally did hear...

I am very satisfied with this affordable choice, because driving to/from borovets is easy by microbus going each 1/2 hour from Samokov bus station for price 1.30 BGN only. I enjoyed also visit to Samokov Monastery - service each evening at 17:00 - right after skiing."
