"The most charming B&B in a pastoral surrounding. Dominique and Corrine were the most hospitable hosts serving a sumptuous breakfast with locally sourced cheese, bread and fruits. Dominique helped us reserve a dinner table at a wonderful local restaurant next to an abbey serving local Normandy cuisine at a very reasonable price. An overall outstanding experience that enhanced tremendously to our vacation."

"We can't really rate this hotel fairly as when we arrived they said they hadn't received the booking from hotels.com! It was a night we had redeemed one of our reward nights and paid extra for. We were given a room down the road in the house that one of the staff lives in which was hastily cleaned for us! Ok but not what we had paid for. We did use the pool and had breakfast at the hotel. Initial problems with the internet were finally sorted due to my insistence. Whose error was this?"

"We arrived at 4pm and were a bit surprised to be told our room wasn't ready. The host soon sorted this out, but we felt the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The room we had was very spacious with two queen beds which were very comfortable and breakfast the next morning was fresh and plentiful. The location was close to a major road junction, ideal for motorists looking for an overnight stop. The rooms were effectively double glazed so noise wasn't a problem."

Bar, restaurant and kitchen sorely understaffed, leaving customers waiting to order, receive their meals and pay. At some stages, even the hotel receptionist was helping out in the bar and kitchen. "Overall I had no issues with the hotel. I really enjoyed the area and the staff were extremely friendly. My 2 complaints: broken gym equipment ( and also the dearth of proper equipment ) and noise coming from a storage room late at night. Both may be unique to me.
