"Arrived to check in and was greeted from an amazing guy behind the desk who showed us how to use the kiosk to check in, absolutely great service, didnt catch his name tho. Loved how convenient the hotel was for us as we enjoyed dinner at kickn in seafood place. The morning buffet breakfast was also really delicious. "

"The accessible rooms were great, spacious, non slip tiles and rails in bathroom. Huge comfy king soze bed, reception area was trendy with small bar/cafe. Limited options for breakfast, no balcony and couldn't open a window. Two fire emergencies during my 5 night stay, on the 7th floor with a disability and noone at reception. Need a much better fire plan."

"Good location, short walk to Elizabeth Quay, CBD restaurants, bars and shopping, pleasant check in. Apartment was clean and well equipped, reasonably priced accommodation with parking included. Only let down was abrupt call from reception on morning of check out, we secured a late check out to 11am on arrival but reception called after 10am and advised we would have to pay an extra night.. obviously we were not happy with this and on checking out at 11am as agreed the extra fee was not charged....

"Friendly staff, lovely room, quiet and comfortable. Close to everything, walking distance to most things. Carparking easy."

"The only downside we found was that the rooms were a bit small but certainly not pokey. Also a toaster would have been good....even a few bikkies. We had a great TV, the bed and air con were great and the pool was superb. We ate twice in the restaurant "
