"I was a little worried after reading the reviews - but the hotel is actually a gem. Its location is perfect, just across from a swim pier on the ocean. It has free stand up paddle boarding SUP, as well as free kayaks and free bikes. The pool area is good, although the pool itself is a little shallow but still welcome to cool off it. Big problem the shuttle back to the ferry which is offered as part of the service was refused apparently because the ferry left at 7.55am and the shuttle starts ay 8am. To be at tbe ferry the shuttle would need to have left at 7.30 !!! I was advised to get a taxi. I walked. The onsite shop and bar barista closed for tbe season midway through my stay. Very very annoying and a massive disappointment not to buy a coffee in the morning. Nearest...
