My room was so dirty: stains on the pillows, stains on the walls and sheets. The fire alarm went off 3 times last night with concerning information being shared over the intercom with no resolve. I had to continuously call the front desk to get information on what was happening.

The hotel was overbooked and we didn’t receive our room!!! Nobody had a curtesy to call us and give us the news. Hi we lost your room but you can have this one in this hotel” I guess it would be too thoughtful. An awful experience. Horrible neighborhood, no parking. Will never ever go back there, not sure if I want to see any of Hilton garden in either.

We were awaken early 5amish to an emergency and happened to be a false fire alarm, someone smoking they said…there was a lot of smoking in Philly, that’s one thing difficult to tolerate

Parking is not with the hotel they work alongside with a parking deck. The cost is $40 overnight but you cannot go in and out. Front desk was helpful and the location was great. Bathrooms were very small.

The hotel is a great value for the money. Room was clean and comfortable with modern decor. The restaurant and bar were pricey, but not unexpectedly so. The staff were friendly, especially the morning shift at the restaurant. The area around the hotel is a bit gritty but I didn’t feel it was unsafe. Great central location to the different sites.
