When I first got there to check in the person in front of me was complaining about towels and slow service. That should have been a sign for me. I get checked in and learn I have to pay for parking I go look for my room. My room was on the upper level. I put in my profile that I can’t do steps. So I called the office and they wanted me to come back and they would change the room. No I already spent a half an hour checking in (slow). Later on went to take a shower and the plumbing was unbelievably LOUD not only in my room but also had to hear the plumbing every time whoever pipes were connected to the same line. The tub and shower ran at the same time. Shower wouldn’t run on its own. I called the office and was told that has been a problem and maintenance would come in the morning. No one ever showed. My quiet weekend get away wasn’t so quiet. The bed linen also could have been been better. Other than those hiccups no complaints.

I love that the rooms is setup like apartments.The price for the stay is always reasonable.The people at the front desk are always polite and welcoming.Its very peaceful,intimate,and respected privacy.The housekeepers are also polite and always there if needed for any and everything is asked of them.My favorite and number 1 hotel I choose to stay in always.The Only thing I dislike is when all the rooms is booked up because it’s very hard for me to choose another hotel stay in lol.

Breakfast was very limited and the vending machine took my money and my girlfriend’s money but never gave us sodas. Reported it to the front desk and the guy simply said it was not his problem and directed me to call the number on the vending machine which never answered or returned the call. But guy at front seat could have been less rude about it. Also when you check in you pay a deposit which is charged to your card and taken instantly but after check out you still don’t receive the money right away. It’s been 3 days now and I can’t get no one on the phone, I’ve sent messages and still no reply. Why take the deposit so quickly but take all the time in the world to return the deposit.
