"It was excellent! I've been traveling to Phoenix a couple of times a month to watch comedy shows, and most of the economical places I've stayed have been TERRIBLE. I selected this hotel because it was close to the Celebrity Theater where I was going to a show and it was a good price. "Stayed here many times before. This time the front desk clerk was rude and I told her I didn't appreciate it. The tv and phone didn't work, maintenance never showed,bugs and clump of dark hair in the bathroom (We both have white hair), pool not open, and ice machine didn't work. Won't be staying here again. I heard it's under new management and it's a shame."

"The hotel is in a good area with plenty of parking with a required parking pass with available parking either beside the property or in the multi level garage.
