"Staff were unhelpful; they would not allow me to make coffee in their kitchen. Mosquitoes in my room. Steep steps to get to the room which are quite dangerous. The dirt road to the hostel becomes turns to mud after rain so walking & dodging bikes & tuk-tuks is quite dangerous. I would not recommend this place."

"Nice clean modern rooms, comfortable beds, great air con, very friendly staff and a amazing if a little cozy roof top pool overlooking Siem Reap, directly in the middle of the action, hundreds of places to eat and drink, a seven eleven 30 seconds away, a two minute walk to anywhere. can be a little noisy at night though."

"The staff was amazing. The minimalist firefly room was perfect. The location was great. Only minus was the breakfast inclusion which was unclear and when served was underwhelming. "We absolutely loved our stay here! We had a huge family room that was modern and spotlessly clean. Wifi was reliable and fast and the beds were really comfy. It's in a great spot down a quiet side street but a short walk to the main sights in Siem Reap. Plus the pool is fab! The owners were amazing - so friendly and helpful and really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to help with recommendations and onward travel bookings. "

"We arrived and were asked to wait so that the guy on the desk could spray the room with air freshener. On entering the room the place looked shabby and on close inspection of the pillows we quickly decided not to use them as some were stained yellow. The a/c turned on but did nothing to cool down the room and the fan on the wall only oscillated about twice before sticking. There was a bracket on the wall where the tv once was and the electric wires sticking out of the wall where the shower once...
