The rooms were a little dated but very clean. Close to almost all the attractions in Pigeon Forge. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpfull. Recommend staying at this hotel. Affordable for the area.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with anything we asked. The included vouchers for two at the buffet breakfast next door was great. The food was good and the staff friendly. We knew the property had construction going on but it wasn't a problem for us. The room was clean and the kitchenet was nice. My wife loved the artificial fire place. We slept well in the bed but the metal box spring needs to go. The only other complaint is the carpet half of the room needs replacing. We would stay here again.

Overall stay was good. The property is building a structure right in front so sometimes there was noise and it takes up alot of parking. First and second floor some rooms are now blocked by it so I would ask for third floor or up for a view. Breakfast was ok… it was free so can’t complain much and it was buffet style. The room could use a little updating. From the comforters to the tv. Other than that no complaints. Staff was so nice and check in was smooth. It has an arcade for kids plus the pool which is great if you have them! :)

The price was affordable. The hotel was undergoing renovation at this time. Because of this, the wobbly toilet was not yet tended to. The bath towels could have been upgraded, but for the price, it was overlooked. The hotel offered a voucher for a full buffet breakfast at a restaurant next door; this was a fantastic value!

There was to much parking to far from hotel, I know under construction. And no handicap parking at all close by. Beds were terrible couldn't sleep. They need more carts for checking in and checking out had to wait 30 minutes to get a cart

Before arriving, we knew the property had construction going on, so that wasn’t really an issue. It was odd to see that half of the lobby was taken up by furniture the hotel was selling, like old room chairs for $50. The staff seemed like they were just there for a paycheck. The TV in our room seemed quite outdated, but our room itself was clean. However, we did hear from a few other guests that their rooms had black mold and looked disgusting. There was also a game area that looked run down, with some machines out of order, and a store in the lobby that looked neglected. The free breakfast was at a restaurant across the parking lot, but the downside was that you still had to buy your drinks.

The staff was amazing and so so helpful! They went out of their way to be kind and helpful to us. But the facility pictures are much nicer than the actual facility. The shower curtain would not stay closed so water was spilling all over the bathroom floor. There was mold on the caulk in the bathroom. There were stains on the carpet. The beds were creaky. The decor was dated and dingy.

The room was great. I needed on extra bed for my people and asked for a roll-away. For a small fee, they brought me the bed and the next day, came and got the bed. No questions. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Well done. Thanks.

The resort was lovely and so were the staff. When I received the broken down list of our hotel bill, it was evident Expedia charged me $80 more than the hotels walk in prices. Expedia then told me it was the resorts fault for the confusion and that I already agreed to Expedias extra $80 in fees. So I was denied any refund of difference. I will never be using Expedia again.

There was mildew and spider webs all over the balcony and chairs. There was rust and mold in the mini fridge. There was mold in the tub and areas were cracked. It was poorly lit in the room and there was multiple pieces of hair in multiple places. The pool was dirty in the bottom and had mildew or mold in many areas under the lip of the pool. The concrete was also cracking away from the edge of the pool. The pool towel was barely big enough for my 5 year old. The slide in the pool had black stuff hanging from the pipes.
