"This hotel is located in a convenient part of town with bus and metro access close by. The rooms were a little dated but clean. I wish they offered an empty fridge rather than one full of things to purchase. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Fernanda, the person in charge of my floor was wonderful! Muito obrigada."

We were happy with everything about the hotel: large room with kitchenette, excellent restaurant, good workout space, and very nice outdoor pool with a shady patio to sit outside. Window didn’t close properly so mosquitoes a problem Basement room next to the communal kitchen so noise would be a problem. I just not 20 anymore, but it was the dead cockroach that decided we would go to the Novotel. No character but ac, private bathroom and space."

"This place has a great location and a terrific breakfast. The staff is very efficient and professional. The room, however, was small with only one outlet that was not compatible with my IPhone charger. In addition to that, the TV is attached so high in the wall hurting my posture and eye sight. "

That being said, the TV didn't work properly, all of the lights flickered badly, all of the sinks leaked badly to the point where they nearly didn't work, and the whole room smelled like cigarettes. Furthermore, the wifi barely worked which was frustrating because my partner's phone is from the US so in order from him to connect to the internet, he needed to use the internet because he didn't have data.
